Lost For Words

Season 1 Episode 7 (pt.7/10)

Lost for Words

Overview

Today's episode is an English lesson, but not one you ever had at school.

We are going to go on a word hunt, and look at how word definitions can be changed and weaponised.

We unpack our current word usage and open the floor for improvements. We review some recent political rhetoric and then explore how we can move this better conversation forward.

Lastly, this episode is a language episode, so, feel free to have a laugh as we attempt these pronunciations.

Nobody's Project

There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody’s job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn’t do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
- Charles R. Swindoll
